Philip Giarracca & Co commenced as a boutique family business in 1985 making it one of the most firmly established real estate agencies in the Brunswick area.

Philip, the patriarch of the business, started in real estate way back in 1968! Only recently retired, in 1989, he did employ a Sales Representative: his son Vince, who is now CEO & Director of Phillip Giarracca & Co.
